This role also serves as a contact for customer service-related inquiries regarding designated accounts and assists the Account Team in daily operations.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Process transactions, including sales orders, returns, and cancellations using internal ERP software <\/li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by answering customer inquiries quickly and correctly<\/li><li>Create and provide order acknowledgements to customers<\/li><li>Communicate and coordinate with other departments, 3PLs, and customers to ensure effective and timely processing, delivery, and invoicing of orders<\/li><li>Analyze customer inquiries, research solutions, if necessary, and provide suggestions for resolution to the Account Manager<\/li><li>Collaborate with the Account Team to monitor and manage inventory<\/li><li>Approve and release sales orders for warehouse fulfillment and prepare shipping documents<\/li><li>Maintain a thorough understanding of designated accounts, including product knowledge, in order to make effective suggestions to the Account Manager<\/li><li>Prepare various account-related reports for the Account Manager to review<\/li><li>Assist the Account Team with daily functions<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p> <strong>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Demonstrate ability to complete all tasks with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-up<\/li><li>Ensure professional, accurate, and timely communication to complete tasks and resolve issues<\/li><li>Analyze and problem-solve effectively and efficiently <\/li><li>Work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment<\/li><li>Establish and maintain relationships with customers<\/li><li>Gather and disseminate information to and from multiple parties clearly and quickly<\/li><li>Oversee all phases of assigned projects to ensure completion within budget and schedule<\/li><li>Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all tasks<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Associate\u2019s degree in Business or similar field or 4+ years of experience in a related role<\/li><li>1-2 years of experience in high volume, fast-paced customer service role<\/li><li>Proficient in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word<\/li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li><li>Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask\/prioritize based on urgency<\/li><li>Ability to quickly self-train on various programs, such as SharePoint, Yellowfin, and Pentaho<\/li><li>Preferred experience with report generating software, such as Pentaho<\/li><li>Knowledge of the metric system, multi-currency transactions, time zones, and geography<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>PERKS AND BENEFITS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>We believe our employees are our most important asset.
