{"id":1957,"date":"2022-05-04T23:44:03","date_gmt":"2022-05-04T23:44:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infinityglobal.eclipse-dev.com\/career\/accounts-receivable-and-collections-coordinator\/"},"modified":"2022-07-13T19:49:17","modified_gmt":"2022-07-13T19:49:17","slug":"accounts-receivable-and-collections-coordinator","status":"publish","type":"career","link":"https:\/\/www.infinityrp.com\/fr\/career\/accounts-receivable-and-collections-coordinator\/","title":{"rendered":"Accounts Receivable and Collections Coordinator"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Responsible for collections and applications of receivables and providing accurate invoicing documents to customers.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cash Applications.<\/li><li>Generate reports related to Accounts Receivable.<\/li><li>Collect payments on past due bills according to the collection process of the company.<\/li><li>Provide customer service regarding collection issues, process customer returns, process and review account adjustments, resolve customer discrepancies and short payments. <\/li><li>Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts-customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write off, customer reconciliation, and processing credit memos. <\/li><li>Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.<\/li><li>Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable, Billing and Accounting Functions.<\/li><li>Enlist the efforts of sales, operations, and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process. <\/li><li>Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with internal and external customers. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Demonstrate ability to complete all tasks with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-up<\/li><li>Ensure professional, accurate, and timely communication to complete tasks and resolve issues<\/li><li>Analyze and problem-solve effectively and efficiently<\/li><li>Work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment<\/li><li>Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all tasks<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Associate\u2019s Degree in Accounting\/Business Related field Required, Bachelor\u2019s level degree is preferred.<\/li><li>Excellent PC skills, Microsoft Dynamics GP or similar accounting software, Word, Excel, etc.<\/li><li>Knowledge of multi-currency transactions.<\/li><li>Excellent verbal and written communications skills<\/li><li>3-5 years high volume accounts receivable and corporate collections experience.<\/li><li>Knowledge of billing and collections procedures.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>PERKS AND BENEFITS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>We believe our employees are our most important asset.
