Customer Service Coordinator

Position Summary:

The Customer Service Coordinator assists account teams and customer retail locations to ensure accurate completion of the sales order process. This role will also serve as a contact for customer service-related inquires for designated accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process transactions, including sales orders, returns and cancellations using internal ERP software; create and provide order acknowledgements for customers
  • Maintain proper records of all sales orders and purchase orders for a group of designated accounts
  • Follow up across internal departments to confirm timely shipment and delivery of sales orders
  • Monitor inventory and notify account teams of sales orders that will deplete stock levels
  • Approve and release sales orders for warehouse fulfillment; prepare shipping documents, including picking tickets and packing lists
  • Communicate closely with Finance department to ensure complete and timely invoicing
  • Prepare various account-related reports for Account Management review and assessment

  • Demonstrate ability to complete all tasks with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-up
  • Ensure professional, accurate and timely communication to complete tasks and resolve issues
  • Superior attention to detail and prioritization of multiple projects and initiatives in a deadline-driven environment
  • Oversee all phases of assigned projects to ensure completion within budget and schedule

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and customer relations skills are required
  • Ability to multi-task and solve a variety of complex problems
  • Must work independently with ability to take direction from multiple persons in different office locations globally
  • Knowledge of the metric system, multi-currency transactions, time zones, and geography
  • Must speak, read, and write fluently Italian and English
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel, is required
